Almost everyone is saying rents need to come down or else. If that is the case wouldn't it make sense land values need to come down as well?? If you are thinking rents need to drop 10-25% doesn't that mean land values should do the same?? Maybe the banker is seeing the writing on the wall and with all your recent purchases is trying to get ahead of the storm......
