S.C. Wisconsin | I am going to take some more pictures. But the first house is my personal house which has a 2 story garage where I park my farm vehicle on the lower level and have a mud room right off the house entrance inside the garage. The second house is my sons which we built this summer after the original house burned to the ground this spring. This has an upper garage but on the walkout in the lower level there is a mud room right inside of the entrance door which includes a shower, over sized wash sink, closet for dirty clothes and a place for the washing machine. There also will be an office in the basement. If you have a bathroom in the basement I would strongly recommend in floor heat in the basement. I can also put an add on garage on the lower level down the road if so desired. I would spend some times looking at different house and maybe take some pictures.
