S.C. Wisconsin | We just got done with my sons house which we went modular home and we have about $176.00 per square ft figuring the SQ ft on the first floor. This includes Geo Thermo, 9ft ceilings upstairs and basement. Basement has in floor heat, office, extra shower and bathroom. Upstairs has sold wood trim, solid core oak doors, oak quality cupboards, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a front porch with a composite deck. This includes 2 car garage with all of the concrete and approaches. We used the existing well but this includes a new sewer and some retaining walls. I feel it's not a fancy house but built better than a lot stick built houses. Be careful of stick built houses as they will quote you a priced as a lot of them don't include things like the fixtures, towel racks, garage doors, retaining walls, garage approach, and sidewalks etc. | |
