Take a look at www.fairmonthomes.com you may like them. We put one up this year. Ordered the house at the end of Dec. 2014 an it was setup in mid March an moved in by May 1st.
We did a 1840sq with 800sq bacement an it cost us around $210,000. But we added some things to the house which raised the price. This is a turn-key home an it is built with 2x6 walls.
Thinking of building a house...
