YOU ARE NOT A BAD PARENT but they in their infinite wisdom and power will treat you like one. Just because you have a child with extra strong willpower for whatever reason. I feel for you. Our child protection laws are well meaning but have gone too far. I get real fired up over this. We personally have never had this problem but we have seen it in action.
