Blackstock, Ont | Rooster, sounds like you are on the right track. Have not read all of the comments, but I see that some have suggested keeping a food diary which is a great idea. Not much set my kids off, but if they had a tin of grape crush watch out. Something that you could try is "natural calm" magnesium supplement. It dissolves in water. Aids in sleep and also helps a bit with bowel movements. Supposed to be easier absorbed than in pill form. I really credit you for reaching out with your concerns. Sounds like you and your wife are A+ parents.
