Herrick il | Watch and check what she eats. My 8 yr old step daughter has adhd and autistic. Red 40 dye really sets her off and the symptoms are the same as you describe in very defiant. She gets no food with red 40 and takes medication to help control it. My wife fought doctors for years until they figured out what it was and what medication worked. A couple medications made it worse and one pretty much turned her into a zombie. Now one she on works really well along with keeping red 40 out of her diet. She a good kid but if she accidentally has red 40 giving to her she is hell on wheels for a few days | |
