So everyone that's not currently farming now but wants to in the future is just SOL? Including my sons and your sons?
This may not be the dumbest idea I've ever heard but its up there towards the top. Old guys that have been farming for 40-50 years don't need anymore advantages for buying land.
Could you imagine the advantage that a guy that is currently 18 years old and planted his first crop in 2023 would have in buying land 50-60 years from now when he's in the small minority that gets to buy land with pre tax $'s?
