| It is nice to here a positive post among all these negative posts. I agree Capitalism works the problem is all the stupid Government interference with it that is screwing things up. I am doing OK because I adapted to the system. Things are different but for the most part economics are the same. We are probably having more inflation because the Government is printing more Money. How do You make Money with that ? You borrow as much as you can cashflow to buy good assets. You keep on chugging along and you will have a lot of equity which came partly from debt repayment and partly from appreciation. | |
