Subject: RE: Banking Question

Buxton ND
I number that I have heard since last spring is unless they have a good year, 20% of producers are in major trouble. Huge yields and a poor price is one thing. Poor yields and a poor price is major troubles for some. This is playing out with a very large producer in the RRV right now. Again these that are in trouble are not gonna post in NAT that they have the bankers breathing down their neck.

WHAT IF we have 20% that are forced by a banker to sell everything by year end ?
IMO there were ALOT of grains sold February and March time frame to keep the bankers happy = The "CC lows" or the "Bankers Low"
Like I mentioned last year commercials/end-users have not forgotten how to use producer cash flow need against them. Watching the corn spread they had NO trouble's sourcing corn the last year.
