So what level of death causes action? 3,000? 300,000? 3,000,000? Or is it more of a dollar figure than a head count?
What I wonder is what the death toll from this would be with the equivalent historical health care. Take away ventilators, antivirals, oxygen, maybe some hygienic practices, where would we be?
