In northern Utah if you see a house listed, you have to make a offer above listed price, because it will be sold within 4-6 hours. I'm seeing houses that have doubled in price in the last 4 years. Homes I would call starter homes $450,000 easy. Its going to bust, I'm thinking in less than 2 years. There's going to be some real sad people in a few years.
