SC WI | Stop making excuses. If someone wants it bad enough they will make sacrifices and find a way to do it. Handouts, minimum wage increases, government run programs, etc, have made the masses so dependent and stupid this is what you get. There is inflation in the housing market, shortage of homes, expensive materials to build new, constrictive zoning requirements.
Starter homes. Build equity somewhere, instead of save. Move elsewhere. | |
