Totally nuts is what it is.
Old farm houses are bring $300,000.00 easy that we're getting bulldozed a few years ago.
Local young fella needs a house ( has a baby coming) has been trying find a place, bid $80,000.00 over asking price on a crappy house didn't get it.
SMH!!
I have 2 houses I don't need, should be shoving a sign in the lawn but I'm not that bright. Lol
