Nw Iowa | Don’t disagree but the real big increase has come in last 9 months. Lumber is crazy because of border closings, interest rates low, and gobs of government money. I know there has been comments on here about farmers but that is small potato’s. There have been some people that have qualified for 100’s and 100’s of thousands of dollars, if not millions. On same token there are people that this PP money is keeping them afloat. | |
