sw ontario | City of Windsor,On. and not the most desirable place to live , since Jan 2019 average house price increased by $206,383 .....
In last 12 months homes went from average of $379,813 to now $510,716
Like Coup and Barren said in Market Talk 'saving up to buy land doesn't work" ......looks like same thing for non home owners
Pretty discouraging for young people realizing that they will never own a home unless there is some major adjustment....and add $5,000 a yr. in taxes
Even rents are getting nuts, decent 3 bedroom home $1,500 month
IDK maybe double wide mobile homes will make a comeback | |
