Nw Iowa | The reality is the top .05% never pay their share. It hits the middle of the road guys and farmers that don’t have a pension but lots of net worth. I believe I read this weekend to be in top 1 percent of wealthy in this country you only need to have a 4 million dollar net worth. So in our area a 1/2 section paid for, line of equipment and some retirement savings you are easily in top 1 %. I find it hard to believe but believe it was in VanTrump report. | |
