We had a neighbour in his 50ies.
Worked in a factory as a ?? fixit person, not sure what kind of training he had but seemed able to fix anything
So as he told me last summer he was going to take early retirement and his wife too as she worked in a school as a helper.
Could feel their house here and replace with one in November Scotia for half the value here.
Listed their house and it was as sold 1 week later.
Got at least his asking price, some have said more but I can not be sure of that
So they moved 1st of December to Nova Scotia | |
