How many homes are for sale in your area compared to 10-15 Years ago?
Basically 0 houses for sale here as greenhouse guys bring in 9-10,000 workers on 8 month work visa's so even with bunkhouses they buy/rent anything available.......
Sure changes the town as I just returned home from as on the streets was 100 Mexican workers for every 1 local all working to send produce to US
