How do you keep them out? Some are hoodlums and thugs living off the government, some are engineers and lawyers who are doing everything from home now. How can u compete with somebody that’s buying for a recreational deal or their house - you can’t.
How do you know I can't?
Paid too much for a house before knocked it down and farm it now. Didn't like the looks of the other guy bidding. He run out of money before I did, paid more than twice what I figured it would take before the auction. There are times when you throw the penciling out stuff out the window and bid till you own it. Got to do what you can to protect your territory.
