Yep, I want to succeed and buy land and farm for a living...
My wording of “worst competition” may have been a poor choice. By worst completion I meant hardest to compete against to purchase land. None of em are really bad folks. Just hard enough to pay $7500+ for land and figure out how to pay for it... even harder to shell out $160,000 more for an 80 if they have money to burn/hide. As close as we are to town my realistic goal is for us and our kids to 2X or 3X our land and become some of that “worst competition” for someone else in 30 years while my wife and I sit on our porch and complain about all the town folk moving into the country.
