Strathcona, mn | I get it once or twice a year. I can thank my dads side of the family, all males get it around 30-35 until they are mid forties. I pinched it good 2 weekends ago. The only relief I have found is the chiropractor. Usually 3-4 trips over the coarse of a couple weeks and I’m on the mend. Funny thing for me is it happens from a simple twist of the back, no weight lifting needed. I’ve never been to the actual doc for it. I will do leg stretches and core body twist which help. Sometimes I can rub my spine along the edge of a wall and pop it straight. Each time it halogens we get a very definative pop when it goes back into place. Nothing more miserable than going to your knees when it happens. Usually the next day one of the kids has to help me put my socks and shoes on. | |
