| I'm linking to Bob and Brad physical therapists on youtube. I haven't used these exercises, but I've tried some of their recommendations on my knee and they've helped. I'm also a big believer in Epsom salts soaks.
This cold weather has been really troublesome. The other thing, and I got it from my own physical therapist, is an accupressure pad. It's a little uncomfortable when you first use it, but it really hits some pressure points and helps relax the muscles.
