For quick and temporary relief, lay on the floor w/butt up against the base of a chair or couch. Heels next to the back rest of the furniture, so the body is somewhat of a "Z" shape. I've been known to sleep that way most of the night before. As noted, it's temporary, but it sure feels good for a while.
