Had back surgery 3 weeks ago and near as I can tell, it is cured. Big time herniated disc. I dealt with it for too long, did all the exercises I could to try and make it better(planks, cobra, etc...). They wanted me to go through physical therapy before an MRI. I said not going to happen, I’ll pay for it myself if I have to.
Long story short - MRI Monday, met with surgeon Friday, scheduled surgery for Tuesday and I’m pain free. 9/10 on his scale.
