scmn | If you're so smart tell me what my wife makes, it's public knowledge. I can name a dozen districts with multiple 1.0FTE teachers making under 50K and superintendents makeing under a 100k, principals makin under 80k. There are lots of districts to make well over that in areas with growing population, in districts graduating under 50 kids per year it is very difficult to sustain those high dollar salaries and keep the district's open hence why they pay less; luckily the cost of living in these districts is also significantly lower than the high-dollar areas. | |
