Really? Perhaps you can help us understand how.

I can appreciate an explanation of how someone else thinks, unlike the poster above who would rather take offense, point fingers, and end any further discussion. It’s not a great mystery why our education system is such a mess if that’s how the “good” teachers conduct themselves.





I typed out a long response and deleted it. I will simply say that teachers are not the problem. There are many problems that need to be solved before we start down the road of blaming them for institutionalized problems that are never going to be fixed.

As a past president of my local school board I speak from experience, teachers just want to teach. The bull**** they put up with is ridiculous.
