Nowhere. This is what I'm trying to tell people. 

Today's teachers and college instructors/professors live in a make-believe world of their own construction.

As I've said repeatedly: Want to know how little they're being taught in school? Go down the street and ask people "How many millions in a trillion?"

I regularly have to deal with people who cannot convert a fraction to a decimal equivalent (eg, 1/8 = 0.125). This is a failure of the educational system, and the failure started in teaching colleges.
