I received a piece of advice when I made a job change that was extremely valuable: "While you have tremendous skills, your previous employer shaped you to be perfect for your job. Your new employer will value those skills but you may not yet be a perfect fit. Don't expect to be paid as much in your next job starting out."
That was so true and valuable. You may experience the same thing with your liquidation. The assets may not be as valuable to the new owner as they are to you.
You going to open your own version of Jenny Craig? :-)
