NorthWest Indiana | I was wondering also if the long term employees ever showed interest in farming on their own and if this was considered? Rental/lease of equipment and land opportunity? I know good employees will find jobs, but it is still quite scary especially given the current world situation. Have you made inquiries to other farmers concerning your employees and their possibility of fitting into their program? Just wondering.
