Lots of things going on when it comes to family. Just yesterday I heard from my nephews that they accepted my offer to rent them the land, bins, shop and buildings here at our home location. It was a pretty big bite for them to chew off but I am really glad they decided to do it. I would have loved to just rent them the ground, but with many thousands of dollars worth of bins, buildings and shop I would have been left paying out big property taxes on them with little to nothing to show for it in the way of income. So I packaged the land with the infrastructure together to get some value out of the infrastructure. I actually had a better offer than what I gave it to them for, but I am happy they were able to do it. They are in their 40-50 year old range and just hitting their stride as farmers and at that stage where growth means a lot to them. They still have the fire in their belly that I had lost. I didn't know if they would swing for it. I feel pretty good about it that they did. I'll try to do all I can to help make it work for them. John
