| Unless there are specific items/things about that house you want to keep start new.
We remodeled a 100+ year old house ( doing the same as you are thinking) except we kept the trim/doors ,because that alone would have been about $40K to replicate.
Did it all ourselves and took about 2 months until move in. Finished the kitchen cabinets and siding later.
