I remodeled the house my grandfather built in 1950. Story and a half 30-36 in 1995. Added 10 feet and a big double garage. All new shingles, siding, windows, plumbing, electrical and sheet rocked all the inside because of the lath walls.
House turned out great and it looked like it was new build. Would do it again if the costs were in line.
