New house quote for what were thinking is around that 275-300k ball park. Just not sure if anyone has idea on renovation costs before bringing up the hair brain idea with the wife. lol
That sounds insane. New 2000 sq ft house here would be 1/2 that. For that kinda scratch I’d remodel for sure and do most of my self. We’d all be homeless down here if that’s what a house cost. Lol. |
