Here in Wyoming, a large component of our taxes goes into paying for new physical buildings, which thanks to a bizarre court order of years ago, end up getting torn down and rebuilt on a rather regular basis at great expense. The gratuitous disposal of perfectly sound buildings in school districts is a real point of contention among Wyoming taxpayers as it is now.

If they're not going to put children into actual school buildings, then I'd be perfectly happy to be party to a lawsuit to either recover my taxes, or decrease my taxes for lack of use of the buildings.
