C IL | Most large organizations (like a school) that provide services (don’t have a COGS balance sheet component) spend roughly 80% of costs on payroll.
The majority of the staff is still required to provide remote learning. I am sure in some districts the football field will still require weekly manicures, not sure what to do about that.
It will truly be interesting to see what % of parents step up to the homeschooling plate, what % elect a 100% online classroom (there are various accredited programs in IL), and how many parents elect to stay as local as possible.
