C IL | Also, don't forget to include your PE teachers, Special Ed teachers, school psychologist and counselors, Dean of Students (disciplinarian that functions as assistant principal but gets paid like a teacher), Driver's Ed teacher, cooks, drivers, janitors, bus garage, facilities manager (when I was in HS he made more than any teacher and spent 90% of his time mowing the yard with a 50" mower and the rest of his time keeping his staff from actually helping make things better). Upper level teachers see more kids but may have smaller average class sizes due to content (Home Ec, shop, physics, foreign language etc). |
