Thanks guys. Probably should cut back on the apples, oranges, and bananas. Dont really have much weight to loose. Or body fat to burn. Ive never felt like i had much of an appetite problem, even have to force myself to eat enough. Dont want to loose any muscle mass. Lots of the logging I do, on very steep hills and creek banks, could become dangerous if I wasn't able to hold the saw and move as quick as I do.

Get a sewing tape and measure your waist, it should be 40-50% of your height or you need to lose some, so 37 inches in your case,

3-4 servings of fruit shouldn't make much difference and in fact should be good for you.
Do you eat any other any other refined sugar or refined carbs including condiments?

Eat 1 gram of lean protein per pound of body weight to help keep muscle mass

Exercise and hard work are 2 different things, exercise keeps the heartrate elevated for the time you do it, hard work conditions, but heart rate varies, I'm sure your tough as nails from it, but it isn't the same
