I have read two of Jason Fung’s books. I have not done long fast, only about 12-15 hours. It is hard to break the habit of eating 3-5 meal every day, just like stopping smoking. I’ve lost 20 lbs, and feel better with more energy than I have had in many years. It does work. I am going to try longer fasting in hopes of losing the last 15-20 lbs. keep your health, it hard to get back.
