coast of Maine | Been zero added sugars,zero bread ,zero rice potatoes,anything with sugar in ingredients no,no artificial anything,eating meals like a king still.Losing about a lb to a lb and a half a week.Never hungry and am eating lots of fruit and veg , fish or and meat at all meals.Cool part is its coming off my donut shaped gut. Spring sort of here so that helps also.Started this to reduce hi and lo feelings during the day. | |
