| Perhaps a sun or light room would help. In Alaska some people have trouble dealing with low light during the winter so they install “light therapy lights”. Check them out, they help a lot of people- my sister has one. Sunlight gives the brain a mental boost to get out and do things and helps lift your spirits. Also, basically/historically the body goes into a limited hibernation during the winter caused by low sunlight thus low vitamin D levels which can cause a multitude of symptoms and problems.
