| Like John said, I would take the pita bread out of your meal plan. I have taken all bread out of my meals. I saute onions in my pan, before adding eggs to make breakfast. Consider adding some onion. If you are frying bacon in a skillet, the thought crossed my mind this morning to take an onion, dice it, and add it with the bacon. I'm thinking the onion should be done by the time the bacon is cooked. Might be worth trying*. * - I am thinking onion should be low enough in carbs to include. I haven't looked. I think it adds some fiber, and that is why I include it in my breakfast. |
