Absorbs water (moisture from air), then bad things happen. Just fixed a Gator that rarely gets used. 24,9 hours and we’ve done put two new fuel pumps and one fuel sender. Last bill was over $500 just for parts.
I don't know who thought up this one but ethanol does not absorb moisture from the air. If you're having those issues it's not from the ethanol....if that we're true we would never be able to keep a fuel pump in anything because it's all we (and many others) use, and haven't replaced a pump yet. |
