S.E. Washington | Maybe "there" blended fuel is great. "Here" we went to only premium gasoline in anything carbureted or anything that sits for extended periods. No amount of treatment, cleaners,or rebuilt carburetors, could keep those engines big or small running. Every carb was plugged with a white crystallized powder. An additive put in other than ethanol? I'm beginning to think they mix the worst of the worst gas with ethanol here just because they can.
No treatment added to the premium non ethanol in small engines and vehicles.
Edit to add, I do burn my share of blended fuel in the old crew cab with a big block at 7 mpg.
