You are right. I finally got some of what was talked about before on the forum. Doesn't matter how it got cooked. It is not overcooked or dry. It is like rubber. Can be stewed all day still like rubber. Like the whole thing is gristle, it squeaks on your teeth.
Thank god its not all like that, still having great luck with the bags of frozen breasts at Walmart.
