South Texas | 600 acres is a part time job. I know nothing of dairy but get the idea plenty of guys run alot more than 80 cows.
Can anything be split off? Dad have a million dollar homesite and million dollars of equipment? Try to split the dairy off? Dad might be placing value on dairy stuff but current market says it has no value above the land it’s sitting on? But then if the son has been used to always new equipment he may not be able to switch to a 4840 with a 7000 planter and a 1680 combine. | |
