Anderson County Kansas | I couldn't agree more. That's how it has been on the farm going on the fourth generation. When the son's come in the buy some ground as soon as they start. It's also hard to really take pride in a business you don't have ownership in, so it's good for both parties. Also the young guy has to look out for himself, if he isn't getting anything but a pay check and there is no future plans in writing, then he should look elsewhere. | |
