Unpaid Custom Work, what to do

Subject: Sentence structure is kinda important .


Ohio		You state in your 2nd sentence - Husband died , no idea how to farm , performed all work from spring to fall including hay and her cattle herd . Did you mean to put in the sentence ---- no idea how to farm , "I" performed all work --- ? You started that sentence writing about her . Regardless you were a very important part of her maintaining something , that her attorney advised to put into a trust . You need a better attorney , that may be able to present to her and her attorney a way to make this whole . A rental agreement to rent farm with a way forward in repaying your past debt .That would be the carrot . If they think that is not acceptable , then legal action going forward to recover your cost , would be the stick . Personally I believe it the carrot is rejected , then her attorney needs to be sued along with her . Still think Mrs B gave you the best advice . Good luck .
