NEIA		If the estate is not closed put a claim on the estate. They can not close until a settlement has been made. Just a simple form at the court house. If the estate has been closed it may be a matter of who you worked for. The estate or the widow after the estate was closed. If she claims you worked for the estate and it is closed you may be out.

Edit: I have had at least a half a dozen through the years that have not paid me. Most people are good though. Of those half-dozen the dollars were under $1,000. Lawyers have always told me for that much it's not worth chasing after. $80,000 is a different story.
