A friend of mines kid had me jumping rope the other day and that's a hoot! I can still do it pretty well but not as long as years ago. It really winds you out quickly. If I were going to pick one thing to do to stay in shape that's what it's going to be. That's total body exercise at it's finest with virtually no big investment in equipment.
